The part replaced was identical to the new part. This oven was purchased in 2001, and the oven igniter and Broiler Igniter have both been changed along the way. The new part had a coupler with two wires and snapped together. Long, short and tall of it is we still have a great oven range. The cost of the part was a small price to pay to keep our oven going. Big salutes.

The same diagrams for my range are used by the manufacturer for several other models. There is even some confusion in part naming. The Broiler Igniter is named "Oven Igniter" on some sites. In my case, the most difficult part of the job was getting to the back of the range to gain access to the wire connectors.
