Problem
Kenmore Elite gas oven would not heat up without throwing errors and shutting off. The old/original ERC unit had gone bad.

Repair & Advice
This replacement ERC unit was exactly what I needed and fit perfectly into my Kenmore Elite gas oven. The most difficult part of the repair was removing and reinstalling the two mounting screws at the top of the ERC. There was a trim piece on my model that could not be removed that made those difficult to reach. I ended up having to use a socket wrench to get them out/in and even that was a bit challenging. Overall it was an easy fix though. Removed 9 screws in total, unplugged the old ERC unit, plugged the new one in, reinstalled the screws and it was done.
