Electrolux electric stove model EW30EES65GSG exhibiting E 15 error so stove top burners would not work. This problem was intermittent for 2 years and was mitigated by turning on oven lock, let stove cool off and tuning off oven lock. However, this year the mitigation method stopped working and E 15 error with its annoying warning beep was occurring continuously.

Follow youtube video on how to disassemble the Electrolux electric stove so the UI board is accessible. Be very gentle when disconnecting the ribbon cable from the UI board, it is rather fragile. If the ribbon cables is damaged. It is likely that you will have to purchase and replace the harness which is an even more difficult task.

My Electrolux free standing stove had a E15 error on the burner section. None of the burners were functional and it would stop it’s irritating beeping.

I originally went to a local repair place to schedule the repair. I was informed that it would be 2 months to get someone out to look at it and see what it needed. Then the part would most likely have to be ordered. So I was looking at probably 3 months or more to get I fixed. Having retired from computer repair for 27 years, I had time and some skills. So I decided to do it myself. After googling the error and how to take apart the oven I ordered the part. The part arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. As it turned out the stovetop was easier to take apart then what I was googling. Located the board swapped it out and the error was gone. We have been using the stove now for a week and it works great. Fixed in half the time of the local repair estimate and for far less $$$$.

Was getting and Error 15 on the oven and checked all the connections and still getting the error. Googled the problem and through other feeds it seemed like this was the part to be replaced. For $200 it better be, not even a fan of electric but it’s what I have. I have no technical experience with this stuff as I’m an accountant but was easy enough to figure out how to replace and it fixed the oven. What more can you ask for.
