Repair & Advice
Repaired about 3 months ago with no further issues. ELECTROLUX SERVICE DATA SHEET 318127032 (0804) Rev. B, covered troubleshooting the problem. Ordered ESEC UIB from Parts Dr. I followed the trouble shooting instructions which required removing the rear cover panel of the range to check voltage on the ESEC Relay Board. Be very careful disconnecting the touch panel connectors or they will separate.

Repair & Advice
My Electrolux range (bought Sep 2011) was beeping with a flashing E15 error. Searching online I found that many cleared this error by replacing this Electronic Surface Element Control User Interface Board (ESEC-UIB). The board is located underneath the touch control panel on the lower right-hand side of the instrument panel. Check out this link including all the comments for a good discussion of the E15 error problem:
https://www.qsf5.com/2017/05/09/troubleshooting-the-electrolux-ew30is6cjsb/
Note: This link is for the Electrolux EW30IS6CJSB induction range with ESEC-UIB part #316576452 but for my EW30ES65GSD range the part is #316576430. Before ordering the part from PartsDr.com I checked prices at 28 other sites and found PartsDr to be the least expensive.
Replacing the board was a bit tricky but not extremely difficult though getting to the point where the board is accessible is somewhat involved. Although the video link below is for an Electrolux induction range, I found it very helpful to determine the correct order to disassemble the stove to access the board:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vqu-eiVcF78&list=LL0CQOZB9wB8I4dlaNQ2hqTw&index=4
Note: To access the board, all that needs to be done is remove the oven door, remove the side panels, remove the front plastic cover & disconnect the cables from the board. To remove the power cables, simply squeeze the plastic tabs on the connection. To remove the ribbon cables, use a small precision screwdriver to pry off. After replacing the board but before putting everything back, I put the power back on and tested everything.
One helpful point in the video was that it recommends using several small containers to keep the various screws separated according to where they are on the stove. I also highly recommend that you do this! Also, not shown in the video is the replacement of the board but the video gets you to that point early in the video. Note that almost all the screws on the stove and the board are square drive, not Phillips head.
Once the new board is in place, use the reverse of the disassembly process to put the stove back together.

Repair & Advice
I have an Electrolux stove model EW30ES65GSD that began beeping and showing an E15 error code on the stove top. A technician came out and stated the problem was likely the main control board. I ordered the main control board from partsdr and it came in within 5 days. It was pretty easy to replace and the stove top began working normally immediately after the new part was installed.
