Receiving the new gasket, lay it out on a flat surface for a day or two to take out some of the wrinkles on the new rubber. Watch the video about changing the gasket. Take the old gasket out by prying it out all around the gasket channel of the door. What the video doesn't tell you is that you need to loosen the screws of the plastic channel that sandwiches the gasket. Apply the new gasket making sure the rubber is fitted correctly along the channel. Moderately tighten the screws of the channel once the new gasket is fitted in. The creases of the new rubber gasket should smoothen over time as the fridge door is closed. And there is no need to remove the whole refrigerator door to do the gasket replacement.
