Repair & Advice
Had a repairman come out but cost to do repair would have been over $600, purchased parts from PartsDr, they arrived in about 2 days, installed in less that 15 minutes. Everything back up and running and all cool again. Only note is the fridge did not start to cool at first - had to adjust defrost mode on part - initial video did not indicate to check that, found another video online and with that recommendation and a quick turn of a screwdriver - fridge was back in service saving me over $500 or having to purchase a new fridge.

Repair & Advice
First thing to always do when working on appliances is to unplug from electrical outlet then I start by removing the screws that is holding the fan and light panel only hold in with two screws then unplug the connector that connecting the fan to get the panel out then I had to let the freezer defrost cause ice was built up on the defrost heater so I make the process go faster by getting a hair blower/heat gun to melt the ice complete off heater then went down in fridge control panel remove four screws unplug the panel connector, remove two screws holding the defrost timer and unplug the connector and replace it with the new defrost timer so all you down now follow back the steps in putting it back together.
