Repair & Advice
Also check the drain pump there as small pice of glass stuck in it . After replacing the the main pump the washer worked initially but a another pice of glass must have moved and this time clogged the drain pump.so I had to disasamble the drain pump and clean the inside found the additional glass pice as well as hair and other debrie. I had to watch a utube video to figure how to take the drain pump once I saw the video was very easy but without it would have been impossible. It needs to be twisted counter clock vise and pulled out. The washer now works perfect.. The reason I know the main pump was broken is that out of curiosity I took it a part which can't be put back and it had pieces of glass and white detergent residue in it . It took me 60 minutes total due to the second problem otherwise it is 30 minute fix
I hope this helps

Repair & Advice
Initially, discharge pump failed and leaked. Once successfully repaired, received heat pump error (probably because it ran dry). Then replaced that part. I was able to replace it easily once the side panel and insulation were removed, while the unit was still connect to water supply and drain, but disconnected from power. It was actually easy. The hardest part was reaching the screw to loosen the pump clamp. Repair was successful. And Parts Dr. has been great...prompt deliveries, parts well packaged, and quality OEM parts!
