Problem
This dishwash would not drain.
Tools
Needed screwdriver, and pliers.
Repair & Advice
After replacing a moter and pump assembly that was covered in hard water deposits. Water was getting to the drain pump again but not flushing the water. I had to remove the dishwasher from the cabinet to access the drain hose. The hose is looped to the side of the dishwasher with a clamp that has to be removed by first removing the nut inside the dishwasher. Then remove the clamps at either end and put them on the new hose. Just reattach new hose and insert dishwasher into cabinet. The old hose had a stiff check valve that wasn't opening.
