Problem
Broiler would not heat up sufficiently to brown food in oven. Preheating oven to 400F took about 20 minutes
Tools
Phillips head screwdriver
Repair & Advice
Be prepared to pull the over out from the wall. The wires connecting to the heating element popped back inside the oven's insulation when disconnected from the old element. Had to push the new element through the back wall of the oven, make the connections, and then pull element with the wires already connected forward, into the correct location to re-attach the screws.
