The drop release on the front upper dishrack would not stay engaged so the rack would drop down very easily.

Slot screwdriver.

The front dishrack wheel doesn't require that the rack come out, so I was lucky there. I extended the rack along its guides, popped out the guide cap but using the slot screwdriver to gently pry the bottom tab and slide out. I used the same screwdriver to pop the wheel assembly out. The new assembly popped right in and I reinstalled the guide cap with a snap.

Wheel assembly had broken

No tools needed

Very easy to install. Pop the plastic end stopper off of the rack wheel track, slide the broken wheel assembly off, slide the new one in and snap it to the rack, replace the track end stopper. Done.
