Dishwasher Rack Adjuster, Left Side.  This part has been redesigned by the manufacture and the new version uses metal support pins instead of plastic pins like some of the older versions of the part used.  This is a new GENUINE Whirlpool replacement part.

If your top rack appears to breaking loose from the L-brackets (right and or left), these parts with their upgraded stainless, pressed pins, will mount to the upper rack track - problem solved!!!
