This part replaces the entire plastic crappy rack adjusters (both sides) on your Kenmore or Whirlpool dishwasher with what is hopefully a much more durable product. It is very simple to install - the photos in the included instructions are hard to see and poor quality, but the instructions are clearly written and it is very simple. The only tip I would give is to make sure you have the metal tabs in the correct location on the rack before you apply the plastic clips - they can't be removed once they are on. So double check it with the instructions. Really an easy replacement that looks much more durable than the other design.

One of the wheels was broken on the dishrack. The rack wasn't held in place by the wheel on the track.

Removed the dishrack and disassembled the existing dishrack adjuster. The old one came out fairly easy. I then installed the new adjuster kits. The grayscale printed instruction pictures weren't very clear to follow orientation of some of the pieces. I looked up a YouTube video showing the install and had no issues.

Original dish rack adjuster was broken.

Super simple install. FYI the screws are a small torx head, but the kit includes an adapter from torx to philips. Having a small torx set handy would have made it just a bit easier. I read there is a helpful video if you google the part number but with a little mechanical inclination I was able to figure it out without watching. Just dump the parts out and divide in two equal piles. Put it in the same location as the old one. Now my dish rack works great!
