Problem
Dishwasher would not completely drain following a wash cycle.
Tools
Pliers/Flathead screwdriver to remove hose clamps.
Repair & Advice
The check-valve integral to the drain hose was malfunctioning preventing the cycle from completely draining. When I investigated, the installation was poor -- the installer had disconnected the drain hose from the loop-seal supports on the side and overstretched it to reach the sink drain. I used the new drain hose to remake the loop seal and purchased a 12' extension to reach the sink drain. The only difficulty was routing the extension through the back of the cabinetry as it wanted to kink-up from the loops it had been stored-in.
