This is the second door latch/handle I have replaced on my Whirlpool dishwasher. I went on UTube to get instructions on repairing the handle myself, then googled the part number to find the replacement part. Broken tabs on dishwasher door handle insert

Hex (allen) wrench

Fairly easy repair to replace handle insert. Remove top front panel with hex wrench (4 screws) remove broken part and replace with new handle insert being careful to engage back tabs into the two slots in the door frame.
