1st part ordered didn't fit - wasn't the same as others - texted pictures of old & new knob to Ryan - he investigated & found that the manufacturer was listing the incorrect part # for my stove - correct part was ordered & problem solved

Somehow this Jenn Air Pro Style Range knob was broken before I purchased the building with the kitchen in it, and it was an easy fix and matched perfectly . The knob is pretty well built, so surprised it was broken to be honest.
