Problem
My washer sat in storage over the winter while we were in the process of purchasing a home. The water froze and cracked the water inlet.

A screw driver and plyers.
Repair & Advice
Replacing the unit was very easy. A screw, a few hoses and a few plugs. Took a total of 10 minutes or so to change.

I have a whirlpool washer that the tub was filling with water when it was turned off. After reading people having the same trouble. I ordered this part. Put it on and everything seems to be good now.
