Problem
LG Dishwasher buttons not responding, intermittent, display not showing digits.
Tools
Phillips Screwdriver, Small Flat Blade Screwdriver.
Repair & Advice
First- TURN OFF CIRCUIT BREAKER/KILL POWER to the dishwasher! Open door all the way, remove all screws around the inside of the door, there are long screws and short screws, make note where the long ones come out from, this allows the Inside panel to separate enough to get to the inside wiring and control board. Unclip all wiring connections off of the old control board with help of small flat blade screwdriver, don’t pry, just nudge. Untwist the wire ties, remove the 4 screws holding control board in, remove old board and place new one in. Re install the 4 screws holding the circuit board in, clip in all wire connections. They are all different and will only go in the spot they are supposed to so don’t force any. The new control board may look or be slightly different with a couple connections in different orientations but works the same. Twist the new wire ties back (included). Press the door back together, re install door screws in proper places, make sure the inside panel, display panel line up properly! Turn on power and done!

Repair & Advice
Pretty easy. Unscrewed the screws on the inside of the door unplugged the 5 or 6 wire harnesses and then removed the mounting screws that held in the board. Reverse procedure for install.
