Problem
Washer cycles were very erratic, stopping or taking much longer than usual. Once in a while getting message "door open".

Repair & Advice
Watched a video that showed how to remove the washer top by removing the two back screws and sliding the top to the rear. The most difficult task was unplugging the wiring harness from the assembly.

Repair & Advice
Reviewed problem online and discovered it might be the door lock assembly. This was a relief because I didn't want to pay for a new washer or a maintenance technician to come out. Ordered the part on the weekend and arrived on Tuesday! Installed in about an hour total and washer works fine again. Hardest part was removing the electrical connection from the old door lock assembly as it was slightly corroded and stuck. Recommend removing the top panel of washer instead of the inside panel where the door lock assembly mounts because it is much easier. Online videos show both ways but top panel is much easier to access assembly.
