Repair & Advice
Removed plastic housing and door frame. Released ribbon cables and pulled old keypad. Cleaned old adhesive with alcohol and replaced key pad ensuring ribbon cables and ground connections. Tested function before reassembly. Assembly would have benefited with basic instruction or diagram.

Repair & Advice
The hardest part was getting the door back together as the spring came of. I had to go to Youtube to know how to fix as the part did not come with directions. I also found the part through youtube as well so i didnt expect directions, but would have been helpful.

Microwave disabled with SE alarm. Apparently a button on keypad was stuck.
Tools
Screwdriver and patience.
Repair & Advice
The hardest part was trying to figure out how to dismantle the door. Manuals were no help and instructions from parts stores and tech sites were no help. Stumbled across a user review where the customer also cited the difficulty in finding instructions, so he gave his own step-by-step solution. Readers digest version: Remove the four screws on the inside of door; pry the layers apart, taking care to not break the plastic clips; once dismantled, unplug ribbon cable from circuit board on the inside side of door and pull through slots; then carefully peel the old switch membrane off and clean off any residue; feed the ribbon cables of the new switch membrane through the slots and re-assemble door; remove paper from adhesive on the new switch membrane and CAREFULLY attach it to the outside of door. Done.
