Piece of cake. Undid one screw, pulled out the defective water and ice dispenser unit and replaced it. Put screw back in. Everything works perfectly.

Samsung 4 door refrigerator would not dispense water

Samsung doesn't believe in screws. The dispenser unit pulls out with a lot of physical force required. Not for the faint of heart as it feels like you're going to pull the door off. The new unit is the same, 5 tabs have to be sapped in place simultaneously. The replacement part fit perfectly though and I now have water.

No ice coming out of door, but making ice.

Repair & Advice
Remove 1 screw and pull out (not down) unplug wires. Reinstall in reverse order. That's it.
