Problem
My microwave door latch assembly broke off at the pin. I had super glued it several times but this last time it kept failing. I found the equivalent replacement part at Parts Dr.

Security star bit driver, Phillips head driver, flat head driver.
Repair & Advice
Pretty straight forward procedure. The replacement part is much sturdier than the original one. It snaps into place without fear of breaking. No need to disconnect the front panel or wires.

Repair & Advice
There is plenty of advice on this issue on Utube. A design flaw by manufacturer using a cheap plastic lever for a high use part caused multiple users to have this problem.
