Problem
Error code LE. google search listed 5 possible causes. On one site found instructions on how test motor with electric meter. Disappointed couldn't find LG service manual or this information easily. Motor didn't pass test.
Tools
Screwdriver, pliers, multimeter, wrench, exploded diagrams.
Repair & Advice
I couldn't find any instructions how to disassemble. Disassemble the stuff in interior of dishwasher. Turn DW on side. The round bottom is pressure fit and will push up. Disconnect the wires that tether it to the DW body. The water heater is also pressure fit. Carefully pry it out without damaging its rubber seal. Remove hose clamps and screws as necessary to get to motor. Replace and reassemble. Not at all difficult. The difficulty is in figuring it out without guidance and fear that you will make matters worse. It would take about two hours to remove DW from cabinet, replace and reinstall in cabinet, IF you had done this before or had clear instructions. Hoping this will help. DO get the exploded view of this assembly. The electrical check instructions would be good to verify the problem. Best of luck. Difficulty and time estimate below based on what I now know.

Repair & Advice
Easy to replace the main motor, don't forget you need to disassemble the pump to remove the impeller that is attached to the end of the motor shaft.
