Replaced the broken rollers and the others on the upper rack. Back to washing dishes. Works fabulously! When the lower rack rollers need replacing, I hope you guys will be able to supply those as well.

Upper dishrack rollers broke off

A number of the upper dishrack rollers broke off over time, causing the rack to drop when pulled out. I bought extras and replaced all the rollers. The rollers and axels snap in easily but I did break one. After that I added a little dish soap to the clips that hold the rollers in place (that made it easier to snap in).
