Problem
The splines in the rotor assembly wore out and it was wobbling
Tools
Screwdriver, wrench
Repair & Advice
The rotor assembly was easy to replace. I check for the rotor on several websites but your website showed that the splines were made of metal instead of plastic so that is why I went with your item. Also the price was very competitive. I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday. Now we can wash clothes again

Problem
Washer drum agitates sporadically - rotates Clockwise but not counter-clockwise.
Tools
Screw driver and large crescent wrench
Repair & Advice
Removed rear cover, spun drum noted metal parts on base below stator. Removed stator bolt and stator noted (plastic) hub missing spline grooves. Ordered part - Note the LG replacement part now has a metal spline joint. Note: This part should be available without replacing the metal rotor and magnets (which were fine in my case). The inner plastic hub bolts with three bolts and three alignment pins. This part would cost much less and be cheaper shipping. It is a waste to replace the rotor and magnets when they are fine.
