If your shock absorbers can easily be worked back and forth it's time for new ones. Installing new ones reduced the shaking on spin by 90%....

Existing shock shaft was rusty from leaking cold water valve.

Channel lock pliers.

Removed old pins and shock with pliers. Installed new shock and new pins.

Washing machine was moving around the room

Our washing machine was bouncing around the room. I googled the problem and was directed to replace the shocks. There are youtube videos available to walk you through it. Not the easiest repair, but with some time and patience it can be done. The hardest part was getting the pins in.
