Problem
original plastic shelf frame, disintegrating at each heavy load points
Tools
Screwdriver, and logical common sense :)
Repair & Advice
The Original plastic shelf frames support points that the drawer bin rides on and through, started to break apart and off.
I was happy to find this part listed on this PartsDr website. I was impressed with every working website detail like how the product picture was clearly shown, with zoom, showing the top, and bottom of the shelf bracket too, which helped me to exactly identify the part. Also when you can enter your refrigerator model number and it confirms whether the part number you're buying is the correct one, with a confirmation prompt.
The effort put into making this website software experience was very well done. LoL, now this may sound like an advertisement for this company, but nothing could be further from the truth. I'm just a smart consumer and appreciate a company in this day and age of cheats and scrimp, that goes the extra mile and that's the only reason why I'm doing the same by typing this review.
After ordering the part which arrived quickly, I was concerned about how this large square shelf bracket was going to fair in shipping - thankfully it was well packaged, and care was put into that with double wrapping by whoever did it. Thanks!
As for the procedure to replace my shelf, well since I'm a handy guy it was easy to remove the old one, taking the mind to remove the metal support plate to install on the new shelf, and of course saved the original broken off rollers and their mounting screws (which all the rollers had broken off in time, and were actually laying underneath (or within) the bins. Don't throw them out! You'll need to use them (you have no choice unless you want to buy new $$ ones) ..these are still fine and strong. It was easy to see where the broken-off rollers still screwed to their broken-off plastic pieces) ..to see where their locations on the new part are, and install them carefully onto the new shelf. I say carefully because you don't want to over-tighten the screws into rollers...into the new plastic shelf, etc ..all common sense stuff.
Anyway, it was an easy replacement procedure, and now the wife is happy to have her drawer bins roll free and easy once again. I told her this time not to overload those drawers with too much heavy product, etc, because logically that extra weight in those drawer bins is what surely contributed to the plastic breaking down and breaking off in the first place, and we surely don't want the same thing to happen in the future.

Problem
The Shelf was broken and sagging.
Tools
Purchased a new shelf.
Repair & Advice
I received a nice fridge with a broken shelf. I purchased a new shelf and it works great. However, there is another part missing that broke off a long time ago that is not replaceable, so the shelf does not fit exactly perfect.

Problem
Drawer carrier (wheel) broke off.
Tools
Screwdriver and my hands
Repair & Advice
Pretty straightforward. Pulled the lower drawers out. Then pulled the shelf out. Removed the wheels from the old shelf and put them on the new one. Placed in all back in the fridge.
