Problem
Double element burner was out on a glass top range.
Tools
Screw driver and needle nose pliers.
Repair & Advice
Replaced the burner from the OEM manufacturer. Watched a youtube video on how to replace it. Installed the burner wiring in the same physical orientation as the old one. The burner did not work. Sent it back. Just happened to watch video from the parts Dr. and it mentioned to check the wiring connection because the connection terminals may be different even though they look the same.
That was my first-time problem. The terminals did not physically match the new element. The manufacturer moved wiring connections and physically looking at them was a mistake. You had to verify each connection that had a number associated with it. Did this and it worked.

Problem
Dual element no longer worked.
Tools
Screw driver, wire cutters, wire and electrical connectors.
Repair & Advice
Watch the full installation video before installing. I had to watch it to realize that the new part had the terminals in different locations. I did not have enough wire length and I had to connet a jumper and terminal to make it work. But it works great now!

Problem
Right front large element was burned out.
Tools
Screwdriver and needle nose. Board to hold up.
Repair & Advice
I wish there was a little help as there was a new design at first I thought I ordered wrong part. Called in and all they said was match 2a to 2a etc..Then had to put new ends on as they were new size. Got frustrated and called my local appliance repair, they just happened to be in area and came in 20 minutes, he put new ends on and we screwed back up to unit, closed top. Plugged in unit and turned on and worked. Just wish they would include instructions to explain change and hookup wiring. I spent a long time searching videos with no luck.
Other than that I am very pleased.
