Oven started taking a really long time to heat up, then wasn't cooking evenly. Eventually completely stopped working

Watched a few YouTube videos before starting the job. Was very straight forward. What took the most time was removing & reinstalling the rack mounts to be able to remove the bottom panel. We discovered that a screw was missing on the heat deflection plate so that was probably part of the uneven cooking issue along with the ignitor. Oven working as good as new!!
